Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our boutique warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
